Alan Hudye
President/CEO
Alan brings over three decades of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry, with a career that spans engineering, operations, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Montana University and began his career working as an engineer for major oil companies such as Amoco and Petrofina, where he built a strong technical foundation in exploration and production.
His career has taken him across the globe, working in countries including Vietnam, Libya, Malaysia, Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Argentina, Venezuela, China, England, France, and Mexico. This international experience has given Alan a broad understanding of global energy operations, safety standards, and cross-cultural project management.
Alan later transitioned into the service and business side of the petroleum sector, contributing to organizations such as Petroleum Industry Training Service and Ryan Energy Directional Drilling. His entrepreneurial drive led him to found and operate multiple successful ventures, including Redux Oil and Gas, Absolute Energy Ltd., Omni Directional Services, and Absolute Energy Import, specializing in oilfield services and OTC equipment.
Beyond oil and gas, Alan has expanded into a variety of industries, including Canadian Paramedical Services, Buffalo Inspection Services, Ozark Resources Power, Ozark Downhole Rental Services, and land development projects.
With his extensive technical background, global perspective, and proven leadership, Alan continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all his ventures.
Asif Latif
General Manager
Asif brings over 15 years of leadership and operational experience in the medical and energy sectors. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Grodno State Medical University in Belarus (Class of 2001) and has built a career that bridges healthcare, safety, and industrial operations.
From 2009 to 2020, Asif served as Vice President of Operations at Canadian Paramedical Services, where he oversaw large-scale field medical operations and safety programs across the oil and gas industry. During this time, he also achieved his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation in 2012, further strengthening his commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Since 2012, Asif has held the role of General Manager at Ozark Resources Ltd., where he leads daily operations, safety management, and business development initiatives. His ability to integrate medical, safety, and engineering knowledge has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Asif has worked closely hand in hand with Alan since 2009, contributing to the expansion of several successful ventures under the Ozark and affiliated company group. He is also currently pursuing his Advanced Care Paramedic certification (Class of 2026), continuing his lifelong dedication to professional growth and emergency response expertise.
